![]() So, I still occasionally have some delay in displaying letters on the screen (after clicking on a letter), and it can be l a long wait to have the pointer move the short vertical line to the location where I've placed the white cursor arrow and started clicking. ![]() I looked at 'Driver Details', but they mean nothing to me. Plus, I think in the past I have installed Setpoint before when I wanted drivers for my Logitech products. Under 'Hardware' I looked at the 'General' tab again, and it said, "This device is working properly." In the box displaying, HID -compliant mouse, I double clicked it and found a box with three tabs, "General, Driver and Details." 'Setpoint lets you customize your mouse, keyboard, touchpad and numberpad settings in Windows.' OK, software that lets me customize my device sounds like it would need drivers to interact with the device. Under the 'Wheel' tab, I set one line per notch click and 3 characters for wheel tilt. Under the 'Pointer Options Tab' I set a comfortable speed and clicked on the boxes for 'Hide the Pointer While Typing' and 'Show Location of Pointer When I Push Ctrl key. I checked the black pointer option, but I like 'normal' (small white pointer) best. Launch SetPoint and select the My Mouse tab at the top. Under the tab, 'Pointer' I'm using the 'normal' selection, so I have a small white arrow as my pointer. You can check your MX620 mouse battery status. Click Apply to save your settings and then OK to exit SetPoint. Choose the task you want to assign in the Select Task field. Choose the trackball button you want to customize in the Select Button field. Click the My Mouse tab at the top of the SetPoint Settings window. Under the tab, "Buttons" I set mouse speed one move left on the sliding scale to a slower speed. Start > Programs > Logitech > Mouse and Keyboard > Mouse and Keyboard Settings. The last one (Hardware) said, "This device is working properly." If the My Mouse / My Keyboard tab is still missing: Right-click on the SetPoint icon in the system tray (at the bottom right of your screen) and select Exit. Once SetPoint opens, click the My Mouse tab on the top of the screen. After your system restarts, open SetPoint to verify that the My Mouse / My Keyboard tab is available. If the My Keyboard tab is still missing: Exit SetPoint by right-clicking on the SetPoint icon in the system tray at the bottom right. If this tab isnt displayed, youll need to re-install SetPoint. If you do not have SetPoint installed you can download it on our G7 Downloads Page. Normally, you should be able to customize your K800 settings in the Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software using the My Keyboard tab. Yes, I just did so and checked all the tabs. Open SetPoint (Start > Programs > Logitech > Mouse and Keyboard > Mouse and Keyboard Settings).
